At Siswa Public School, we believe that examinations are a vital tool to evaluate a student's holistic growth, critical thinking, and understanding, rather than just a measure of their memory. Our evaluation system is thoughtfully designed to be continuous, comprehensive, and completely stress-free. For our youngest learners in Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG), we follow a "No Formal Examination" policy. Their evaluation is based on the continuous observation of daily activities, interactive sessions, and worksheets in a highly supportive environment.

As students move to Classes 1 to 8, the academic year introduces structured evaluations including Periodic Assessments, Subject Enrichment Activities, Half-Yearly, and Annual Examinations to ensure consistent academic improvement. For senior students in Classes 9 to 12, the assessment cycle is strictly aligned with the latest educational board guidelines. This includes Unit Tests, Half-Yearly Exams, Pre-Boards, and the Final Annual Examinations to prepare them thoroughly for board-level challenges.

Our grading system provides a balanced view of a student's abilities. We use a standard 9-point grading scale (A1 to E) for scholastic subjects, while giving equal importance to co-scholastic areas like physical education, art, and overall discipline. Please note that a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, along with a strict requirement of 75% minimum attendance throughout the academic session, is mandatory for a student to be eligible for promotion to the next class.

We are committed to maintaining a fair, disciplined, and organized examination environment. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process during major exams, student seating arrangements are systematically managed through our digital Auto Desk Slip system. Students must report to the examination hall on time with their ID cards and necessary stationery. Siswa Public School maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards the use of unfair means, and any violation will lead to serious disciplinary action.
